Restorative Vapours
- Main heal rescaled from 1-2/2-4/2-4/3-6/3-6 to 2/2/3/3/4
- "Others" heal reduced from 1/1/1-2/1-2/2 to 0-1/1/1/1-2/1-2

Highwayman
Cold Blood
- DMG vs bleeding reduced from +75% to +50%
- Base CRIT mod reduced from +8% to +5%
- Base DMG mod increased from -30% to -25%
