- Changed Bounty Hunter's "Come Hither" and Highwayman's "Gut Shot" from free actions to self-replacing actions, in order to fix the infinite uses bug.

- Antiquarian's "Flashpowder" and Arbalest's "Suppressing Fire" will now debuff more accuracy at level 1, but scale to the same values as before at level 5.

- Arbalest's "Sniper's Mark" +crit received debuff scaling reduced slightly.

Riposte accuracy will now scale with skill level, which it does not do in the base game. Thanks to Tilted Hat for the idea. Also reduced Poison Dart damage slightly.
