adds nordling sea chest, fixes the blacksmith not getting the legendary recipes. engineer still gone. will have to do somethign with that

adds tents to the loadouts of the other kingdoms, and makes them craftable for them too.. and some other legendary weapon related stuff. and probably more stuff i forgot.
