Added option to hide hit markers if damage dealt is below a threshold.

Fixed the FF markers not showing since some patch broke that.
Added options for changing hit marker RGB for: FF, headshot+crit, glancing armor hit.
Added option to not show FF hit markers when dmg below a cutoff value, intended for disabling FF markers from dots, that's about 2 damage cutoff.
