- Updated the UI to use Sukritact's Modular City Info Stack (access city screen to see the city chosen)
- Added voice lines (Azura) for flavour

- Hover with your mouse over the city in which it is built to see which city was chosen by the prophecy
- Notifications improved

- Shrine of Azura should now work as intended; you can only acquire the city during conversion to your religion.
