-Revived and Scary Update
-Added sight sounds (Basically when you look at Insanity no matter how far you are, sounds play)
-Added scare sounds (Self-explanatory)
-Implemented a new sound cooldown system
-Chase initial sounds play when Insanity switches targets (For the most part)
-Added a toggleable chase theme
-Insanity now kills you regardless if your in a vehicle or god mode enabled
-Removed copyright notice
-Added 3 new cvars, insanity_chase_theme, insanity_scare_sound, and insanity_sight_sounds
