--- Added "Imperial Maser Turret", an experimental shorter-ranged heavier Turbolaser-like weapon.

--- Added "Imperial Laser-Cannon Turret" prototype, light anti-fighter
--- Added "Imperial H-Laser-Cannon Turret" prototype, a larger twin-quad Anti-fighter
--- Added "Imperial Ion-Cannon Turret" prototype, just for looks & sounds, turbo, at the moment.
--- Added sounds for all 3 types.

- Adjusted all TIEs, to finally assign a gas-storage unit to be an actual gas storage unit.
(This also fixes the ownership issue on TIEs themselves)
- Fixed Carrack Killing each other
- Fixed carrack missing reactor Class assignment (Sleep is a thing, to see the obvious errors it seems)
