last update didnt fix it, hopefully this one does... (turns out my old files are disorganized as fuck and had 2 .vmts in different locations for one texture)

Fixed the lightbar being missing textures for those who don't have l4d or csgo mounted. (It only took about 4 years to fix one line in a .vmt)

Temporary Update
-Vehicles are now properly UV mapped
-Additional lore-friendly GPD skins
-Bonus PNP skins

-I'll update this again later this week because I ran out of time today, 3 more skins still need to be made and the models/spawnicon for the civilian versions still need to be done.
