Added physics attackers to hipower and normal melon launcher. So if something kills someone from either of these, the shooter gets credit.

Made some aesthetic changes to the teleport gun. Go ahead and check 'em out.

Made certain SWEPs properly Admin Only without all that elaborate junk I did before.

Changed the Teleport Gun's sound because honestly that other piece of junk gave me and probably everyone else a headache.

Attempted to fix the high power melon launcher not being high power.

Made admin-only teleporter gun which will play a custom sound and teleport the user to the position they're looking at.
