* Shotgonne Mastery: Nerfed blind. The blind % now scales with points invested, beginning at 10 and going up 1% per point, with 24% blindess at 15/15 (was a flat 67% at all ranks previously). The activation chance was also reduced to 2% per point invested, resulting in a max chance of 30% (was 90% previously, 20% to start and 5% per rank). Duration reduced from 3 seconds to 2 seconds at all ranks.
