- fixed that uploaded dodos dont survive a server restart
- fixed that UI shows to everyone nearby
- reduced size of the dodo transmitter slightly
- reduced health of the dodo transmitter to 75k (from 250k)
- limited the dodo transmitter to 3 per tribe
- dodo voucher now add the amount of dodos on a transmitter instead to overwrite them
- mantis kibble cost now 1 deathwormhorn (instead of 2)
