Added new creatures:

The Mistbringer of Molag Bal:
A demonic force enveloped by the mist, this creature has been sighted around Whiterun and with it the mist has followed, these creatures are the bringers of the eternal mist

New Dragon -

The Mistlurker Dragon:
The mist has brought more than just the horde, a dragon has been sighted amongst the mist, almost invisible to the naked eye.

Riften & Dawnstar have succumb to the mist and the walkers have started to appear

Walkers now cause the fog to appear so it cannot be escaped
