-added DLC door to block variants

-added <UseNeighbourOxygenRooms>true</UseNeighbourOxygenRooms> which almost fixes the no oxygen inside the door, oxygen only goes halfway through door space, and the other half not pressurized

-block variant warnings should be gone now, forgot to remove the old code in cubeblocks

-updated block variant grouping to new system and aligned to better placement with like blocks

-fixed rotor construction stages thanks to Kham asking the question on how to get subparts to use construction stages
-added bulletproof glass to doors to reflect the use of glass in the models
