"BUG" FIX: Changed how events for pilot entering and leaving cockpits are handled, so that it no longer tries to enumerate blocks in the grid during the event and potentially causing an exception if something modifies the list of blocks in another thread concurrently.

Removed hijacking logic (that fixed jump drives not showing detailed info and not charging) since after the rework it's no longer needed.
