Fixed Incapacitated icon missing alpha channel

Fixed missing polygons on the head mesh, fixed issues caused by playing on high graphics settings, fixed issue with missing animations, darkened the uniform and lens colours, and renamed some materials and folders (for compatibility with other mods)
