* Updated full limits, now works properly in all game modes & modded inventories
* Updated for RC exception bug that caused the miner to stop
* Updated performance issues with large roids ('too compliated' bug/leak)

- Minified platform
- Miner now rememebers progress between world reloads
- Correct change line readout
- Now empties all cargo containers when docking
