Patch 2.0.14 Various fixes
- island states are now coreable (but only single islands)
- NCR loyalist event added
- raider sabotage now destroys rather than damages factory
- success, great success or failure event after talking to purist commander
- success or failure after talking to commander threatening to leave
- peace with bos can no longer be taken after taking war with bos
- commanders can no longer get "demoted" as a random trait upon recruitment
- troll warren crushed event (enc_reformers.232) won't fire unless WBH exists, but will still be innacurate if WBH did not conquer them
- fixed localization for Communist Uprising Event
- Patrolling New Reno (enc_reformers.56) will no longer fire for other nations

Patch 2.0.12 CTD fix and new system for NCR detection

Bugfix:
- Fixed CTDs on robots
- Fixed some missing localization
Changes:
- Upon getting detected by the NCR, now fires event so you get a second chance

Bugfix:
- Fixed bug that disabled a large amount of advisors

Patch 2.0.10: Mexico Quick Patch

Changes:
- Fixed suspicion changes not matching up with the tooltip (arming raiders)
- Fixed 10 suspicion being added for every state conquered
- States now cost 10 suspicion instead of 3
- You can no longer send out spies without the NCR existing
- Balance tweaks
- Spelling fixes
- Spies can no longer be compromised if the NCR falls
- WBH no longer mentioned in “Tyranny and Serfdom” event if they don’t exist
- Political power gain nerfed across the board
- if you don’t pick between presidents yet you can’t continue to the next focus anymore
- Bribing raiders properly detects vault city’s leaders now
- fresh new bugs added
- a minimum of changes to make ERB functional for OWB 2.0, more tweaking certainly on the way
