EDIT: It turns out that the Update was updated from a backup folder instead of the main folder somehow. I somehow managed to oversee a fix to an oversight. It's now fixed.

--Added the option to use a background image
--Added the option to use a circular disk
--Added some effects you can use if you turn on the background image and circular disk settings ;)
--Made some way better looking wallpaper settings

Mwahaha! More options, more fun! Try out the "hue" option with both the background image and circular disk turned on for some crazy looking stuff. (huehuehue)
