Fixed issue with colored thrusters not showing up when loaded from blueprints because the terminal control has not been created yet when the Init tries to update their visuals.

Fixed a cast issue I introduced when implementing the support for block colors

Fixed issue with paint jobs where the block would lose its color after reload. Also fixed the problem with only being able to build the thrusters in grey.
