Major preformance update! Added one in the chamber simulation where appropriate, further optimized all weapons, new projectile system. Added M1911A1, M14 rifle grenade, and New XM117 variant

Dual render now on the XM771 PDW

New reload system, weapon reload times now match animations. Small optimization changes, should be slightly less stress full on computers now. Preformance changes to suppressed weapons and to M40. M40 reload animation fix. All weapons in this pack now moved to "Vietnam Pack - NATO" catagory in preperation for team specific weapons
