add new material Rubstone

knifex and shovelx can be repaired by using rubstone

changed levelx-vest to warm during the winter
levelx-vest will cause speed * 0.8

increased ranger base movement speed

changed ranger san setting, now growing much slower at night and decreasing a bit quicker at day
