- Players can now carry props / pick them up
- A side window appears and gives hints on how to play the first time you connect to a server
- Adjusted the prices of the included upgrades/powerups.
- Removed debug commands
- Fixed GodDisable() timer in SinglePlayer from not running
- Various Debug Corrections

Messed up Godmode Timer (ran indefinitely), it's now fixed.

- Added 10 second Godmode to the start of every round
- Fixed Scoreboard Alignment Issue (Spec/Player Overlap)
- Fixed Client Menu Bug that made the game unplayable
- Added MAX_TIME to mapvote script
- Temporarily changed ConVars from server to shared, will look into this later
