HOTFIX: Attempted to fix issues with the mod not wanting to update itself ingame...

EDIT: FIX HAS BEEN FOUND! If you ever get mods that refuse to update, just restart your PC, and it should force any stubborn mods to update themselves! (Big thanks to Margakis for helping me find this fix!)

v1.1: Testing, testing, is this thing on?
---------------------------------------------------
This patch is mostly to make sure that everthing updates in the workshop correctly, but I've also got some new gadgets for you!
---------------------------------------------------

NEW FEATURES:

+ Heavy Assault Vulcan: Do you like the reds' tempest? Well, you'll enjoy this! (I plan to give the reds something... 'special' in compensation later down the road, so dont worry!)
+ R Foundry: For when the R Factory doesn't make your station/carrier spam ships fast enough! It's quite large though...
+ Broadside Casement Cannon: For age of sail enthusiasts!
+ Heavy Phalnx: A bigger, slower-firing, punchier Phalnx CIWS. Makes a wonderful THUDTHUDTHUDTHUD noise when firing!
+ Missile Salvo Launcher: Four heavy missiles on a single launcher. Slightly punchier than vanilla missiles, but also slightly slower.
+ Heavy Beam Drone Launcher: Slow, spiky drones equipped with a long-range spinal laser.
+ Mortar Drone Launcher: A large drone fitted with a mortar which excells at taking down large ships!

BALANCE TWEAKS:

- Increased the P cost of the Homing Torpedo Launcher from 94P to 183P to make it less spammable.
- Halved the charge time of the Planet Cracker to make it actually worth the ridiculous 5000P cost.
- Increased the damage per burst of the Scythe AML from 50 to 75 so it has an easier time dealing with some of the tougher missiles out there (looking at you, Nuclear Option).

MISC. CHANGES:

- Changed the color of the Phalnx CIWS's and Vulcan PD's shots to match the new Heavy Phalnx's. I mean, they ARE similar weapons, functionally speaking...
