Bob's birthright now makes all maggot type enemies friendly, bob's tears no longer explode when making contact with stoneys, updated the menu

the explosion from bob's tears now do your damage +1, (ex. if you have 3.5 damage the explosion deals 4.5 damage), added more costumes
