Removed the power requirement / drain from the survival pot. Opps!

Lowered the water cost required to boil rock carrots.

Reduced the nutritional value of boiled rock carrots very slightly.

Finished the Survival Cooking Pot. Parts now include fire effect, and character sitting (on floor) animation. The cooking pot does not have collision so to avoid annoying pathing issues with AI.

Created Research: Desolate Cooking. This will provided access to a new cooking object called the "Survival Cooking Pot". All the Desolation specific food recipes will be produced there.
