Fixed boomer spawning. I accidenlty messed up the console command for not letting boomers spawn, now fixed.

Changed how Speical Infected are handled

fixed some small things and hopefully fixing other errors from when the game got updated.

not much just added no bosses spawn which should help with the spawning of special infected

fixed the spawn rate and also made it if a mega mob spawn well all i can say is have fun though a mega mob will only spawn after like 10 million seconds up to 20 mil.

I changed the rate at which hordes/mobs spawn, how many zombies spawn in hordes/mobs and i also thanks to a suggestion made them slower to more of a walking pace but they still might look like they're running don't know
