Just being safe might have uploaded my TCSP(True Classic Single Player) on accident instead of the USP (Ultmate Single Player)

Fixed boomer spawning. I accidenlty messed up the console command for not letting boomers spawn, now fixed.

Add 2 command lines I forgot to add in the last update.

Changed how special infected are handled.

Fixed small things and hopefully fixed some thing that got messed up when the game updated.

I chagned the rate of horde/mobs and how many zombies spawn in horde/mobs
