Hot fix for the Ark of All faiths

Shield of Erik the Red is now cold insulated since Erik was after all a viking operating in the north.
Added a shrine of all religions capable of making all T1 religion items.

Fixed the feat requirements for the Atlantian bow to fit the new game changes.
The Queen raid boss from the mod now has slightly more health.

The mod now gives 100 extra feat points when you hit level 60 so you have points for items in the mod. (if you were allready 60 then you will need to reset your spec to get the extra points)
Changed the feat requirements for the Atlantian shields to fit the redesign of the Game feats.

The Atlantian Wisdom perk no longer exists. (Since the Game no longer uses Master perks)
Gabriela the Alhemist thrall now carries the Atlantian Poison recipie since the mastery perk is gone.
Changed the feats for the Atlantian and Turan sword from the mod to use Hilts as requirement instead of other items to fit the changes in the game.
Changed the recipie for the Turan spear to include spear handle.
Fixed issues in the Atlantian bow for the new game changes.
Added all the new arrow types to the list of what the Atlantian bow can fire.

Recompiled for the new Developement kit.
Removed the Red Awning since the game now has such natively.
Re-fitted the Turan spear in the hands to account for the new animations in the game.
Adjusted almost all the shields to fit the games new shield animations.
Updated the Lore on Valeria's shield
