Fixed the Dark Thrall Cross recipie that caused it to not craft.
Fixed Task master Viek the Spire who thought he was a dancer so he spawned and danced with the dancers but was actually taskmaster.
Updated Tainted Tooth teeth item and the Hair of Special red head items to stack a bit in inventory.

Added advanced thrall crosses (3 types) where by default thrall is stripped on the cross, but clothing pieces can be added into the cross. Also if stone is added into the cross then that tells the cross to not strip the thrall before applying clothe pieces you added. (Dyes not supported).
Added new T4 taskmaster thrall called Viek the Spire. This thrall knows how to make all the new crosses.
Did minor fixes and changes on Jorgrim the raid boss.
