Updated details, changed around B slightly.

Added in sounds, slight updates to some paths, adding in detail. Map now in Beta.

Renamed the map from de_strike to de_oil. Layout is complete (small changes may happen later on dependent on balancing but overall layout is done). Working on detailing now.
