- Disabled the marauder ships until the midgame starts to avoid getting technologies too soon.

- Modified a scripted trigger that checked the pirate station to check for military stations instead. Caused a bug which resulted in monthly spawned stations of the marauder type to not spawn an accompanying fleet.

- Rebalanced the fleet composition concerning the marauders because I'm making a dependent mod. Lowered the marauder ship chance 10%.
- If the fleet effect is called but not from the events of this mod it will spawn considerably more marauders. Actually, the chances are reversed.
- Disabled prefixes for created pirate ships.
- Added marauder countries to the ship kill counter. They will also give awards now. Weird how a marauder doesn't count as a pirate.
- Increased the rewards given for destroying the pirate ships.
- Added marauder starbase to the scripted effects.
- Added unity as reward for killing pirate ships and stations.
- Added engineering research as reward.

- Added setting of a star flag to provide some compatibility with Vanilla pirates. When a fleet or station is created the star will block pirates from appearing for 10 years. The Vanilla script does the same but only for 5 years.

- Fixed a bug concerning a piece of leftover code which threw errors in rare situations.
