In some cases the exile tanner has no upper body.
I correct the item id so this should not happen again.

finished spawn rates for exiles tier 1 to 3 ( tier 4 = the named thralls are untouched )
Now you get 50 to 95 % female and 5 to 50 % male exiles with a slightly different
spawn rate for every race and profession.
Note that you get not all races for all tier 3 profession - this has nothing to do with
this mod - some races are simply not implemented in the game for this.
