-VANILLA COMPATIBILITY!!
-In vanilla: Spiders are still aggressive when wearing woolen hat (monster tag doesn't work) and gallant hat has no special features (no wetness/map reveal in vanilla). Both hats have had their sanity/insulation stats increased in vanilla only to make up for it.
-fixed disappearing pelvis bug in RoG (still no idea whats causing reappearing headsprite tho >:|)

-lowered sanity gain on all hats slightly. it was too easy to counter spectre cloak with geddy's hat before.
-speed now ranges from +30% to -30% (was -10%). keep otus well fed and you won't notice the difference.
-cleaned up item sprite art
