-Spread out some HUD elements to make them readable on certain resolutions
-Added a point indicator (+1, +2, +3, +4 depending on how the round played out) to ATTACKERS/DEFENDERS WIN notice in primary objective area

Ascension Specific:
GENERAL
-updated model precache numbers to be compatible with CSGO's latest version

DECOR
-added 'second pass' decoration to area connecting garage to comm uplink (green hallway)
-added 'second pass' decoration to blue office (DFC upper connector) and white lounge area (near top of stairs)
-added 'second pass' decoration to upstairs red area near master control to look like a red reception area

GAMEPLAY
-changed certain parts of comm uplink observation deck window trims to func_brush with no solidity to allow faster traversing after the glass is smashed
-added a small nook on the roof nearby DFC that doubles as a decorative door
-clipped a bunch more stairs
