-added check for function that moves 'real' hearts to 'extra' in the first few frames of the game to hopefully prevent bug where you can lose a heart when continuing a game

-updated so number of 'real' hearts can be altered allowing things that give multiple hearts like 'the body' to work properly
-fixed bug where if you have the cap set greater than default but not infinite bone hearts would fail to move into extra health if your health reached the cap
-fixed eternal hearts not moving onto bone hearts with red health in extra health
-fixed bug where sometimes gold heart break effect is triggered when it shouldn't be
-fixed bug where some variables sometimes weren't being properly loaded after continuing a run
