-added functionality for health caps lower than 12 (if set to 0 will only allow 1 half heart)
-sethealthcap function now accepts -1 for infinite
-added console command to show current cap
-added console messages on update commands

fixed a bug where the soul heart count could sometimes become incorrect (which could lead to a crash if the player took damage and had no soul hearts)
