Removed Ed's avatar - unlicensed and modifying the credits scene to add the permission we got was too difficult to do well.
*Hopefully* fix the SSL not found issues we had - though this may still happen whilst this update is installing, I'm not sure.

Make sure everyone gets an error in case of a label being defined twice - it's not something that should ever happen and as not everyone is using developer mode to develop, they should make sure they're not getting unexpected errors by showing them the actual problem.
