Better balancing (optimised for no missiles)

I do wish I had caught all of these problems closer together!

Missiles 5-8 repositioned for less explosions
Paneling redone on bottom inner nacelle sides to fit

Rear landing gear no longer rip themselves apart.
Two ballasts added for strength; unknown whether this will work or not.

Less wonky everything.
Missiles.
