- added upper-limit gold check at summon time, to ensure goonie doesn't have more than 20,000 gold because problems can arise if a merchant carries 30,000 gold or more
- minor changes with timing of effects during summon

- fixed minor issue with angle, goonie should now always face the player when summoned
- dialogue menu now triggers with summon instead of the barter menu, seemed more natural
