Now it is possible to build the HQ in every settlement at tier (city level) 4

Two new units added
- Templars of the Corps
- Arch-Templars of the Corps

Changes the color schem and retextured some armour parts.

Fixed the missing building localisation (name and description)

Added custom weapon tweaks now.

Male units are now powerful attackers and have less defense.
Female units are a bit weaker offensive like but have increased defense.

Added optional weapon tweaks for future bugfixing and balancing.

Changelog:
- changed the colorscheme from dark red to black with red dragon decal
- edited the shield and cape models to fit the new colorscheme
- edited the variants of the female soldiers: changed the heads to avoid the "blimping-head-parts" (dont now how to call
it)
- delete several files/variants that are not needed
