fixed deep well 2 not upgrading to 3.....

Added Deep Well v.3 more water.......
fixed deep well not needing a worker..

added Hydroponic farms they are a refinery building they consume water to produce crops.
added Water generators consumes water to produce power
new pic is not mine just used it......

now has 6 hour growth to each farm...
