Bug Fixing for the below.

* Catford Bridge to Beckenham Junction / Clock House - Scenery Complete (includes New Station at Lower Sydenham)
(notes no plans to add hayes branch - I just wanted to fill the gap, and made a station useful - I did the Catford Loop & Beckenham Junction Scenery for the original route)
