Added corpses in place of ghosts. Some classes have custom stats for revive speed, reviver speed, and health given. Being revived from a corpse still gives the max health penalty.

Some changes to the shop prices were made for balancing.

Lavae received a new brain to prevent them from despawning.

Fixed a crash with ranged weapons, bringing back the Ranger, water balloons for the firefighter, boomerangs for the Road Runner, and allowing the Bomberman to be a thing.

When being revived, you will no longer receive the equipment for your class again, so don't die in the first place!

Also, say hello to corpses!
