Fixed an issue where a friend's avatar was too close to the name in the friend's game browser. Changed the exit screen when quitting the game or leaving a lobby or server to better reflect what it looked like before the TLS update.

Added "Set Lerp to 0" entry under Extras and reorganized a little. Fixed a bug that wouldn't allow an entry to be selected by cursor.

Added an experimental Search All Games button (to the left of Play Campaign), reformatted the Achievement List, expanded the friends and Steam Server Browser, and made the Video Options menu default to include all settings.
