Changelog:
Reworked the range Inf:
Upkeep 50% higher.
Costs for Range-Units higher.
Added missile and phys resistance to all units.
Rebalanced range units stats wise - made them still strong compared to normal units.

Next time:
Rebalance Melee Infantry, cost wise and stats wise.
Highering overall upkeep by abit again. Will upload a alternative version with the old, very low costs for people who want it the easy good old easy way

Comment:
I dont want to higher the cost to a reasonable level (atleast 2x from what it was before. Around 800) But when i do it, it would destroy peoples campaigns when they relay alot on this units. So i will higher is slowly :)
