Fixed tentacle range attack crash

• New mod core — now the Green World requires the Green! mod (this should fix most of tag-overflow crashes);
  
• The Forge weapons were moved to a standalone mod;
  
• New weapons: Lightning Spear, Amethyst Axe and Tentacle Staff with new spells;
  
• Reworked wizard's hat — now it gives access to 2 spells (chainlightning and comet);
  
• Fixed some visuals bugs with enchants;
  
• Rewrited some affixes;
  
• Cleaned up some titles for neg and pos effects;

Fixed bonestaff crash

• New feature — magic potions (regeneration, haste, light, damage, armor, spellpower, crafting without prototypes, reduced crafting cost, faster resourses farm);
  
• Glyphs, bombs and Antidote were moved to the new Alchemy tab;
  
• Doomhammer has a new spell — summon 2 ghost hounds;
  
• Bonestaff spell now have 100% chance to animate the target (if it is possible). Durability decay depends on reanimated creature;
  
• Green glyph has a new enchant for weapons — decreases target movement speed and damage on attacks;
  
• Yellow glyph has a new enchant for weapons — chance to release the chain lightning on attacks;
  
• Essence now can be used as weapon enchants;
  
• Visual effects for all weapon enchants;
  
• Pigmans now can have only the one affix — shaman — range attacks with lightnings (temporary testing for AI spell casting);
  
• Portuguese translation.
