Hotfix: VersionChecker not working

alpha2 - 8th March 2018

general:
-added version check to make sure you have the right packages installed
-added custom settings menu (for now you have to readjust settings every time you open up the menu)
-every lap time gets tracked and saved

hud:
-new timer design: total racetime, last and current lap time
-after finishing the race the hud now shows total racetime and best lap time [Feel free to post your best times in the comments! (ingame Highscores implemented soon)]

rc_Lake:
-better lighting
-framerate improvements
-less shadow flickering on terrain
-added particle effects for different surfaces(road/dirt/grass/sand)

bugfixes:
-racetime not correctly synchronised in mp between server and clients
-10th player not updating correctly
-local player rank not updating on HUD
-installation by .bat not working when spaces in filepath (e.g. 'program files') [Thanks to FlindoJimbori!]
