Tried melding instructions from prior post with those form this https://www.coh2.org/topic/22154/turn-on-street-lights which is what I used to turn the lights on on HImmelsdorf after much trial and error(took me hours, which is sad). Anyway, giving up for the time being on having winter camo for this map.

Yet another failed attempt to get winter camo to work. Did exactly as direcitons here https://www.coh2.org/topic/11228/how-to-winter-skins-in-custom-maps stated, didn't work for me.
