Added dodge 2004 pickup, 4WD F250, and the 1978 Chevvy CK. Will probably update to fix the fuel fillers and exhausts later.

Updated physics for the 84 fleetwood and the police cars. police cars now have more git. fleetwood wont lose wheels in strange situations (hopefully.)
