Fixed the bus version so it uses sub meshes instead of using two different models. Added a prop version with flashing lights.

Fixed a bug where the lightbar would change colour on the bus version.

Added a bus version. This allows people without the Snowfall DLC to still use this asset.

Also allows you to create transport lines in your airport so that the car will follow the line and never leave the airport, making it more realistic.
